INVENTORY REVIEW
Book an inventory review.
A short, structured conversation about one category of your stock. We look at what is in it, what is realistically recoverable, what a controlled pilot would involve on your side, and how you would measure whether it worked. No integration is needed to have this conversation.
Roughly 45 minutes. Bring one category and the person who knows it.
What happens in the review
So you know what to prepare, and what not to bother preparing.
- You describe one product category where surplus is known to exist
- We look at what your records currently hold for it, from a screenshot or a description
- We identify which fields are missing for an external buyer, and which of those enrichment can resolve
- We agree what a controlled sample would look like and who would need to approve it
- We define the baseline: what this stock would recover through your current route
- You get a written summary, whether or not you continue
No data is required before the call. If you want to send a sample afterwards, it goes through a secure route, never by email attachment.

Fields marked as required are the ones we need to prepare properly. Everything else helps but can wait until the call.
